My life used to look and feel a WHOLE LOT different than it does now.

I spent most of my life being:

  • Reactive. Completely at the mercy of whatever my day brought me, feeling like a complete victim to my circumstances and other people.
  • Impulsive. Sure, in the I'm gonna move across the country to a place where I know no one for fun kinda way, but also: feeling like my emotions owned me, and would swing with their moods, day in and day out.
  • All in or all out. Most frustratingly, with food, either being totally on the wagon or ALL the way off it. "Moderation"? lol. Cute. NOT FOR ME.
  • Addicted to escape. From heavy drinking and drug use, to life as a pack-a-day smoker for a decade, to constantly turning to food and away from myself, I was an escape artist.
  • Critical AF. Of myself. Of other people. Of the world. My mind used to spin with small, petty, selfish, insecure and negative shit all. day. long. I blamed everyone else and constantly berated myself for not being where I should be in life.

 


What fun! 

It took a while, but the day finally came where I was done with my own bullshit. It was time to go to work. And MAN ALIVE did I work. And here's what I found: 

Every way I had tried to help myself before had been trying to "put out the smoke". The reason there is an application process to join STA is because I only accept people into the program who I am certain I can create outstanding results for. In other words: people who are perfectly suited for this program and what it's designed to do. 

The people I turn down tend to be people who are looking for a weight loss program, those who don't seem quite ready to set down dieting for good, those who don't seem ready to do some deep inner work, those who think they've done it all already, or those looking for a quick fix of any kind.

STA isn't a meal plan, a template, a hack, or a magic pill, so only those who are ready and excited to dive into themselves are who I take in.

In order to create the life-changing, soul-rocking, magic that you see here and that I know you're looking for, STA requires a significant financial and energetic commitment. STA will require you push some serious chips onto the table, in the name of... well, you

The exact investment can vary a bit depending on the cohort, and pay-in-full options vs installments, but if you're looking for a ballpark number so you can start saving up or getting ready to dive in, plan for $5k for the group experience and $8k for 1:1.

Think of STA as a semester in a college course.

The program spans twelve weeks, and each week there are 3 things you'll be up to:

1. The STA program. There are audio lessons released each week for you to go in and absorb when it's convenient for you. On average they are about 1-2 hours of listening. (Think of it as a private podcast just for you!)

2. Homework. But like, the fun kind. :) The program is front loaded, so the first half is little heavier on the HW than the second half. The first 4 weeks you can expect to spend 1-2 hours a week on HW, and that drops substantially for the second half.

3. Coaching calls. Every week we get face time to connect and chat about all of the above, and while the length of each call varies a lot depending on how many people are there and what we're digging into, planning for ~90 minutes each week is a safe bet.

It's totally ok if you fall behind a little bit (all the content is yours for life!), but to get the MOST out of the experience + the support available to you, I do recommend doing your best to stay with us as we move through the syllabus.

If you can create the time for 90 days, you'll reap the rewards for life.

Part of what makes STA different than anything else out there right now is its unique blend of interdisciplinary focuses, that's been distilled down to my signature 8 step method in a way that is proven to provide maximum effectiveness.

The effectiveness we're speaking of here is quite simply: how you think.

Which, as I'm sure you can realize, impacts every decision you make and how you relate to every stimulus in your day, from food, to failure, to emotions, to stress, to challenges, to trust, etc etc.

STA is not a way to stick to your diet better, or kick your ass into workout gear. It's the opposite: it teaches you how to stop trying to "motivate" yourself from a place of judgement, pushing, fighting, and shaming.

It's the ticket off the obsession roller coaster altogether, and into a much more peaceful state of existence, through a focus on your mental health and mindset. So you're making choices for physical health that are easy, aligned, shame-free, and actually feel good.

We use your relationship to food and your body as the catalyst and jumping off point for our work together, but to be extremely clear: the focus isn't your plate-- it's your BRAIN. 

A lot of students have found this to be a very helpful supplement to traditional therapy or counseling, with many students sharing they found this to more helpful to them and their particular needs, due to the structure, the steps, the tools, the implementation, and the ongoing, 24/7 support through every step of the way.

The STA system is designed to take you from point A to point B in 12 weeks exactly, and supplies everything you will need to get yourself there, with a toolset that's yours for life that will pay dividends out for years.

WHAT WE COVER

A look into what you'll be learning in STA:

MODULE 1: AWARENESS 

This is the foundation that we will build on for our 12 weeks together. This is an introduction to the contents of your mind, where we look at the thoughts you have on loop + how you speak to yourself, in a way that will stun you.

MODULE 2: BELIEFS 

This is where most students feel things really start to shift. We crack open your existing belief systems (including the ones you don't even realize you have) and to be frank, completely upend your view of reality. Ha! This week shakes students up in the best way, and teaches them a TON about how their mind works what they have to unlearn-- and exactly how to do it.

MODULE 3: JUDGEMENT 

A deep dive into comparison, criticism, and aalllll the ways and places we are projecting narratives onto our circumstances-- from examining how you are seeing + relating to others, to how you see and relate to you,  this week it all comes together in a way you've never understood before.

MODULE 4: FULFILLMENT 

After 4 weeks of intensive unlearning, this is the week you get to meet YOU. This is our "magic week" because this is when things really start to get GOOD. Say hello to a newly uncovered version of yourself-- it's time to let her lead.

MODULE 5: ALIGNMENT 

Now that you know YOU in a way you've never been able to see yourself before, after weeks of pulling back the curtain and stripping all that is NOT you away, , this is where we start adding things back in. We intentionally begin aligning our thoughts and behaviors with the truest version of ourselves, and learn how to really show up for you, in every area of your life.

MODULE 6: PERFECTION 

This module is a deep dive into every single manifestation of perfect that might be surfacing in your life and keeping you stuck, afraid, and hiding. We also begin doubling down on our implementation strategies to imbed all the nourishing new habits you've been building. 

MODULE 7: ACCEPATNCE

Everything you've done this far prepares for this critical module: what acceptance truly is and how to actually put it into practice in your moment-to-moment life. This module is a game changer for everything: your body, your relationships, your kids, your fitness, your career, your life.

MODULE 8: COMPASSION

The sneaky truth about this concept is that we cannot actually do this, in earnest, without going through every single layer of the preceding steps and work. This is the week we tie all the tools, skills, and practices we've learned together, and point them squarely at our own self compassion. We're not just talking the talk, we're walking the walk.

"10 weeks ago, I was obsessed with what people thought of me, their opinion mattered more than my own, I was obsessed with what I was eating and I had a all-or-nothing mindset that I would punish myself for every week. The smallest thing would set off the spiral of feeling out of control with food, with things I knew I would feel guilty for later or would make me feel unhealthy. 10 week ago, I wasn't a fan of myself, I had horrible self-image & confidence. I bullied myself, all my inner dialogue was negative towards myself.

Today, I have my own back, finally! I show up for myself, I have compassion for myself, and confidence in areas I didn't before and a general likeness for myself. Today, my opinion of myself is the most important thing to me, and if I notice I'm thinking about what others think of me, I give myself space and address what I am seeking and how I can provide that to myself. I no longer have a restrictive relationship with food, and I don't punish myself for whatever I eat. 

I absolutely loved STA!! I would highly recommend this program to any women that feel like their inner dialogue, their food choices, how they view themselves is a constant battle. The tools in this program really help you re-align with yourself in a way you may have never had before. I know I have never felt this connected to myself, ever.

"I don't have enough words to describe how incredible this program is. Taylor has developed such a wonderfully comprehensive set of educational materials, tools and support systems that take you through a step by step process of mindset change.

I used to cycle between restriction and a free for all. There were things I wouldn't buy or eat because they were not "healthy". If I did buy a treat, it would be gone in a week (or a day). Now, I feel much more balanced with my food choices. Cookies can sit on the counter and they are not tempting. I feel more at ease in how I deal with meals and eating in general.

This program has been instrumental in giving me tools to handle stress and negative emotions. I feel like it has helped me with being more resilient. I am more willing to step out of my comfort zone to do something that aligns with my values. I am able to manage criticism with a more positive and learning mindset. "To be honest, this was challenging and sometimes scary work. It really brings you straight into the shit you've been avoiding or didn't even recognize was there. However, that's the magic.

After facing lots of old hang-ups and learning to care for myself through all thoughts, feelings, and experiences, there is NOTHING I can't handle. It's so much more than body image and food freedom. Don't get me wrong, that is AMAZING. However, learning how to live abundantly, accept life how it is, and embrace it fully is the best feeling.

Once I realized the only person I had to answer to at the end of the day was me; that access to joy, fulfillment, and a life I love wasn't dependent on anyone or anything--game over. There's nothing I feel like I won't be able to handle at the end of the day.

I 100% recommend this for anyone who's willing to show up, face herself in the mirror, and be ready to see her with love, compassion, and know she is good. It is so, so worth it.
